So what used to look like a very predictable ebb and flow curve now looks like I took four strands of spaghetti and threw it at the wall. You've lost the ability to predict, and the levels are extremely erratic for seven to 10 years. And the brain does not respond well to this fluctuation. The best study that came out was last year. I don't feel like myself.
