    Indian खाने का एक problem है। Indian की थाली देखोगे 10 ग्राम protein के लिए आपको इतनी रोटी खानी पड़ेगी। नौ रोटियां। 10 ग्राम protein के लिए। ये 100 ग्राम दाल के अंदर में कितना protein होगा सोचिए 24 ग्राम। लेकिन ये 24 ग्राम के लिए मुझे ये पूरी दाल खानी पड़ेगी। Structurally see your calories from protein is less than 10 percent.

    Interesting। इस episode में हम बात करेंगे protein की real importance, Indian diet की reality और कैसे right protein आपकी health और weight दोनों को transform कर सकता है। So अगर आप वो लोग हो जिसको protein बढ़ाना है और calories को कम करना है तो आप soybean को अगर आप friend बनाओगे डेढ़ 100 से 200 calories के बीच में आपको 15 से 16 ग्राम protein मिल जाता है। low fat पनीर मिलता है उसमें आपको 23 ग्राम protein मिल जाएगा सिर्फ डेढ़ 100 calories में। अगर आप अपनी diet, fitness और long term health improve करना चाहते हो तो यह episode end तक जरूर देखना। But how much protein is important?
