How to manage your emotions

4/29/202628 min

Kimberley asks her guest, clinical psychologist Dr Emma Hepburn, how we can manage and regulate our emotions. And together they bust the myth that negative emotions are bad. They’re not – they’re just as important as positive emotions.

Kimberley Wilson, chartered psychologist, is on a mission to sift through all the information and misinformation that’s out there around our mental health. She invites expert guests - trained psychologists, psychiatrists and psychotherapists - to help her share insight and some valuable tips. You can get in touch with the show. I didn't believe that we could change the climate by human beings. I'm Emmanuel Kyei-Oti I'm Kai Wright. And on the next episode of Big Lives, as David Attenborough prepares to celebrate his one hundredth birthday, we explore how he took on the mission of his life.
