Liz is joined by Georgie Murphy, Head of Nutrition for supplement brand SISTERLY, to explore the impact of hormonal shifts, muscle loss and nutrient deficiencies on our bodies. They discuss how restricted eating can actually work against weight loss after 40, and why proper nourishment works more effectively for the everyday demands of a busy midlife.
