[upbeat music] Well, she just crushed Westmont, adding to the number of US backstrokers.

You know when you change environments, you have this big change, and often it's because the training's so different and the mindset. Do you think it's that, she's going from Cal to Virginia? Or do you think it's more of a m- a, like a reset after so many years in one place, you want somewhere fresh?
Speaker 3· Host0:18
Yeah, it was great to talk to her about that transition, 'cause we've been following her for years at Cal, and she was a great collegiate swimmer, often performing well at NCAAs, but maybe not getting to the extremely high level or the super elite level that we thought she might reach to. So it's great to see her having success in such a short period of time at Virginia, and it was great to learn about some of those changes at the Virginia environment that are obviously clicking for her.

Isabelle Stadden· Guest0:55
Hi, I'm good. Happy to be here, thank you.
Brian Lundquist· Host0:58

You can submit audience questions @socialkickswim on Instagram or YouTube. So Isabelle, let's start first with, this one's from, uh, chlorinekilla55 wants to know: Would you rather have a permanent goggle tan on your face or always smell slightly like a public pool?
Isabelle Stadden· Guest1:22
Ooh. I mean, my sisters have always teased me that I smell like chlorine, and I'm like, "Well, what do you expect?" But- [laughs]
