And if you give me just a few minutes, I can almost guarantee I can solve the protein problem for you. You see, one of the biggest reasons why women struggle with this, I think, is because people have completely overcomplicated this. They've given us yet another job, another thing that we aren't gonna measure up at, that we've been set up to fail. We have to download another tracking app. We have to buy a food scale. We have to scan our food. We have to calculate our macros and understand the ratio and the percentages and the kilograms, and it's just so much to obsess over. And this is just a theory. I believe that women are so stressed out about all the rules that we have to follow, and that stress causes us to hold onto fat. I know that's what happened to me. I never tracked-- I didn't even know what macros were before I started doing fitness infomercials, and now here I was selling workout programs, and I was kind of brainwashed into obsessing about my body and obsessing about all the rules.
