And he's an expert at these things because a lot of what we're gonna talk about today, Adam has experimented with himself and with test groups. Adam came up the hard way. He lost his dad at age seven, bounced around through lots of different homes. Life wasn't easy as a kid. Nonetheless, he's pulled himself up by the bootstraps and built an incredible fitness empire, helping millions of people online. Today he's a dad himself, and he's here today to talk to us about muscle, the importance of building it, maintaining it, and how do peptides tie into this whole discussion? Without further ado, my friend Adam Schafer. [upbeat music] What do you say to people who are excited about their rapid weight loss and they're not worried about muscle loss because they're leading with protein, they're eating protein on the regular?
Adam Schafer· Guest1:19
