Attention, executive function, it's almost like you picture ADHD as something that happens from the neck up, and you forget that it's a whole body, mind experience. It's not a matter of trying to fix your ADHD or to fix your autism. Your body has got different rhythms, and it's going to be different to somebody else's. You're not broken. Your rhythm is slightly different, and if you learn to work with it, there's going to be amazing things that you can achieve in life.
