Well, welcome back.
Mason West· Guest0:01
Thank you.
Speaker 10:01
Um- Feels great to be back ... yeah, you've had quite a year.
Mason West· Guest0:05
Yeah.
Speaker 10:05
I mean, from football to hockey- Mm-hmm ... and everything, and just, uh, you know, just what was it like, everything, and especially winning that title, the whole reason why you stayed with football?
Mason West· Guest0:14
For sure. I think it was just special. Like, obviously I'm still a kid, I'm just trying to have fun, so it was special to like hang out with those guys and be able to, um, chase something special. So, um, it was super fun that I got to transition to hockey, which was a, a great spot. For sure, yeah. I can, I can see myself getting better every single day, and it was hard with football just 'cause like there's different movements and my body wasn't as comfortable. Being a taller guy, you gotta be comfortable and, um, I have longer limbs, so it was just a little bit harder in the gym and stuff with football. But I think now that, um, I just have hockey, it's super nice. I get to be more comfortable and s- on- in those uncomfortable positions, so yeah.

How, how do, how do the workouts change? Are you, are you focusing on different things? Is it more about agility? Is, is it, you know, trunk strength? Like, what do you do differently than when it's just hockey?
Mason West· Guest1:22
For sure. I think football there's a lot of like those power lifts and it's like a lot of group lifting 'cause you wanna be with the team. And, um, I think when I started focusing on
