Great. So hello again, and welcome to Happy Hour, everyone. Aww, it's good to be with you all. So, [sighs] wow, to find ourselves in this body, in this moment in time, whatever is arising and passing, it's pretty miraculous to be in this body, in, in this shape and form. Yeah. How awe-inspiring for anything to exist at all, whether it's beautiful, difficult, you've had a tough day, heavy day, beautiful day, all of that. Wow. To exist at all, to even go through any of this, to be conscious, to-- 'Cause it's not gonna last, right? It's all-- And, and it's all a dream in some ways, right? It's-- We take it so seriously.
