I am your host, Noah Rochetta, and today I'm happy to share an interview I had with author and meditation teacher Lodro Rinzler about his new book, You Are Good, You Are Enough. Now, before I get into the audio of the interview, I wanna be upfront about something. This interview is a little different from a typical podcast episode because I made a mistake. I sat down with Lodro, we had a wonderful conversation, and about 25 minutes into the conversation, I realized I had never hit the record button. I just totally overlooked it. So the first portion of our conversation, which was really great, is gone. And what you're about to hear is the remaining 45 minutes
