Never miss a mention - Email alerts are now available
Hello! We’re excited to launch a highly requested feature: Alerts. If you go to platform.particle.pro/alerts, you’ll be able to set up email alerts for entity mentions and speaker appearances. Get notified daily, weekly, or for every mention or appearance, as it happens.
Alert emails include AI summaries so you can quickly figure out which mentions to pay attention to. Click the “Open in Particle” button to access all of the clips on the web, or scroll through the email and click on “Listen to the clip” for individual clips you want to hear.
Earlier this week, we launched updated pricing tiers for new customers. Please note: if you were an early customer on a legacy plan, you will need to select a new plan to access Alerts. To choose one of the new plans, log in to platform.particle.pro and click “Settings” to manage your account.
The Team plan includes 1 alert, and the Business plan includes 5 Alerts. You can add additional Alerts to either plan in packs of 5 for $10/month.
Alerts are available via email today, but we’ll be adding Slack, webhook, and an API/MCP integration soon, so stay tuned. Please respond here or reach out to api@particle.pro with any questions or feedback!
