Cool to introduce you that way. I think, you know, the last time we had you on, you were the UCLA head coach and the national team head coach. Uh, still [chuckles] some big titles, but- Yeah ... now, uh, president and CEO. That's, uh, we haven't introduced somebody with those, those titles. So can you just start out by filling us in what it's been like in your new role, what it's been like for the first, I believe it's been about a year and a half almost?

Yeah, about. Um, it's been crazy. [chuckles] It's been a big change.

Um, but great opportunities. I, I've loved it. I, I think it's been a, a good shift for me at the right time. I'd coached for 22 years as a head coach and had some great runs and finished on a winning note. And, um, when this opportunity came up, it was r- as you might imagine, really intriguing, right? Because you could think about larger impact and, and give back to the sport that has given me everything. And my whole career, it's how I even met my wife. I mean, it's, it's, uh, l- like with all of us, it's just meant everything. And so, uh, to come in and to think about what USAV could be, we've all had conversations about that. W- what could USAV be more than maybe what it
