    Of all the people to write this opinion, it was Trump's handpicked appointee. What it could mean for the midterms. That wasn't the only big decision from the high court. If you're gonna try to fire a Federal Reserve Board governor, you have to have cause. A pair of cases determine how much control the president has over federal agencies. And the ground is still shaking in Venezuela.
