[gentle music] Like, I would say that there is an absolute lie in our industry led by you and [laughs] [laughs] The Hugo Fry's and the Russ Cook's of this world, which claims that, like, you guys are actually, like, amazing amateurs when- Whoa, whoa, whoa ... no, you guys are rubbish pros. [laughs] Like, you are, like, your entire life revolves around the fact that you run. Like, you've got, like, coaches, nutritionists, basically have nothing else to do other than, like- Are you talking about me? Yeah.
Spencer Matthews· Host0:23
I don't have a nutritionist.
Sam Browne· Guest0:24
Mate, you have- You're a coach, you animal ... you've got all of this infrastructure around you, whereas, like, the real, the real he- like, the, the people who have jobs, who actually have to go 9:00 to 5:00 into the office and run, that's, like, that's where it's at. So- See- I'm not a good runner- Okay ... but I think I genuinely, as someone who works very hard, enjoy the running.
Spencer Matthews· Host0:43
I wouldn't mind just, just tidying up a couple of points. [laughs] Okay? Just, just, just [laughs] off the, off- Off the hoop ... right, right out of the gates. [laughs] I don't consider myself an exceptional runner.
Sam Browne· Guest0:53
Okay.
Spencer Matthews· Host0:53
Obviously.
Sam Browne· Guest0:54
Yeah.
Spencer Matthews· Host0:54
Hugo Fry's a good runner.
Sam Browne· Guest0:55

Spencer Matthews· Host0:57
which has made my day ...
Sam Browne· Guest0:58
he is a seriously good runner.
Spencer Matthews· Host0:59
Hugo Fry is someone we should get on the show, by the way.
Sam Browne· Guest1:00
Yeah, yeah.
Spencer Matthews· Host1:01
He, he was, like, a, like, a, just a normal, uh, dude. Bit of a Rose Harvey. And I- Yeah, yeah ... you know. And he's not an Olympian, but he, he runs a- I think he's genuine ... he runs a 2:17, I think.
Sam Browne· Guest1:09
Yeah, he ran a 2:17 out of nowhere.
Spencer Matthews· Host1:11
Out of nowhere.
Sam Browne· Guest1:12
And the week before he was like, "Yeah, I'm not in very good shape." And I was like, "You, Sam Baker."
Spencer Matthews· Host1:15
Yeah, he, and he ra- he runs a sub 30 minute 10K and all kinds of stuff. He, he, he, he- He's a freak ... he's a beast.
Sam Browne· Guest1:19
Yeah, yeah. He's insane.
Spencer Matthews· Host1:20
Um, so thanks for putting me in the same category as him. [laughs] I, I- He's furious. I, I, yeah.
Sam Browne· Guest1:24
[laughs] [laughs] He's like, he's so upset. He's like, "Me and Spencer- Yeah ... you joking?"
Spencer Matthews· Host1:28
No, I, I, I don't
