I've never talked about this openly, but looking back at every business I built, every team that I've put together, there's a pattern. The majority of the people that I've hired have been women. Women hit their targets roughly ninety-five percent of the time, while men hit them sixty-five percent of the time. Men, myself included, tend to set ambitious goals that feel great on a whiteboard, then fall short
