And that's like the first thing people say is, "What's it gonna cost me?" Which is like a very valid question. I mean, we all wanna know, okay, what, what am I signing up for? What am I committing to? But it is impossible to give you an accurate estimation of cost for any s- any scope of work, it doesn't matter if it's a new build or a renovation, without first having a definite plan and specifically a design plan- Mm-hmm ... a strategy.
