• Get your ticket to Cathy Heller Live: Divine Download in LA, August 2-3 cathyheller.com/summit For the first time ever, my daughters join me on the podcast and nothing is off limits. We talk about living through the LA fires, manifestation, friendship, school stress, Kardashians, confidence, social media, and what it’s actually like having me as a mom. But underneath all of it is a deeper conversation about the kind of life we want to create and what really matters. In this episode, we share the advice we’d give each other, what the girls think I still need to work on, why other people’s choices are not your responsibility, and the mindset shifts that help us come back to ourselves. This one is funny, chaotic, honest, emotional, and surprisingly deep. I think you’ll feel like you’re sitting in the room with us. • Join Cathy’s Circle • Follow Cathy on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/cathy.heller/ • Want to work with Cathy? cathyheller.com/work-with-me

How do people manifest things?
Maddie· Guest0:01
If they want something, they can get it, but don't like push it.
Gabby· Guest0:05
I definitely look at some stuff with like a negative energy, but like I try not to.
Maddie· Guest0:09
Everything is energy. Don't feel guilty for anyone. They're making their own choices. I just want, like, my husband to, like, have the money and then I'll just, like, have the car.
Gabby· Guest0:18
I'll just drive the kids to school. I want to have, like, my own business.

Hey, guys. It's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to Everything is Energy. I'm really excited because today's episode, all three of my daughters are here, Gabrielle, Eliza, and Madeline. And somehow after more than 1,000 episodes, this is the first time the four of us have ever sat down together to do something like this. And honestly, this episode kind of turned into them really having a heart-to-heart, talking about what it's really like to have me as a mom, what I'm like at home, the things that they like, the things that they don't like, some things that are funny about me, the stuff that they think adults do that's strange, and the kinds of people and energy that naturally we all gravitate toward versus the energy that's instantly a turn-off. We also talked about manifestation and confidence, social media, the Kardashians, school stress, the LA fires, and what they want their lives to look like when they get older. It's a little bit funny, a little bit sweet, a little chaotic, completely unfiltered, and it really does have you feeling like you're sitting on the couch with us. So here's my conversation with my daughters. Question for you guys. What do you think I do?
Gabby· Guest1:24
You have a job.
Maddie· Guest1:26
Like, like, you're like coach, like- I actually don't know ... spiritual, like...
Cathy Heller· Host1:29
