    Uh, but before we dive into all that- Mm-hmm ... what's your morning routine?

    My morning routine, um, well gotta say too, right, I have a 10-year-old daughter. And, uh, if I'm with her, we wake up about, uh, 6:00. I'd say I wake up at 6:00. Um, of course wash my face, brush my teeth, get her up, um, get her breakfast ready, and then, um, my mom takes her to school, or I'll take her to school. And then, um, go work out and start answering emails and calls. But if I don't have her, she's with her mother, then what I'll do is wake up still about 6:00, go work out
