Hello. Yes, so we saw some news reports over the last couple of weeks that a penthouse apartment where you could watch cricket at Lord's from the balcony, from the terrace, was going onto the market. So we sniffed around and said, "Can we get in? Can we have a look? Can we, can we, uh, check out what it would be like to live in this joint?" And it's pretty good. There is a huge stone-flagged terrace out here. One of my pet hates in architecture is little outside spaces. Like, if you're gonna have a balcony, have a balcony. There's no restriction most of the time, like why can't you build a bigger balcony? Why can't you have a rooftop terrace? Why does everyone have a pointy roof? Make your roof flat. Get up there. Increase the area of the place that you live in. This place has a massive outdoor terrace, uh, so that you can get out. You could sit here, you can literally see the center wicket at Lord's right now, and you could just watch the game from home.
