Right. So we're gonna be discussing all the things that you can do to make a difference to your brain health. And to do that, both of us have this, like, history of loving science and using scientific evidence to sort of rule our lives a little bit because... So I'm a science journalist. You're a science journalist. Um- You've written a book all about the brain. You've written a book all about the brain.

[laughs] [laughs] So we have, you know, the scientific chops to try and figure all this stuff out, and we also have access to all these amazing academics, world-renowned experts that can help us sort these scientific f- facts from all these fads that we come across.

Exactly. You probably get this as well, but I get asked a lot, like family and friends saying like, "Oh, I've seen this thing," or, "I've heard this podcast telling me to do this. You know, should I be taking this thing? Should I be doing brain training? Does it really work?" And I love just being the total nerd who can tell them like, "Either don't bother," or, "Actually, I don't know. Let me look into that." But there's so much information out there.
