And that was something that really piqued my interest whilst reading the book. I'd love you to share with our listeners why you think it is important, particularly in the workplace.

So I think that there is, right? Like, I think that the realities are, and there's a reason for this. There has been such a scarcity of opportunity for women in the workplace, that the kind of default notion has become, "If she's getting something over there, it's taking away from me." I think that we're pa- largely past that point right now, but still so much of the behavior that came from that moment that exists in the culture and in the workplace at large. So this idea that if somebody is getting a big pay rise, it's taking away from me. If a woman is given an opportunity over there, that's something that I could have had. And actually, what I want to do is, women are best when they're in community, and I don't just mean, like, when they're hanging out together. It's like when we're sharing information, but we don't share the right information. I will know everything. I can tell you what, like, you know, wax
