Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week and another episode of Unfiltered Waters. And this week is a special one, a fun one, and an important one. I flew out to the US Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for the first time in 14 years to interview our CEO, Kevin Ring, at his 100-day marker. And this is a very important release because it is releasing at the same time that USA Swimming is releasing their new objectives, mission, vision, values, budget, things that are gonna create large impact as we head into the latter half of this quad as well as prepare for LA '28. And it was an honor to be able to do this conversation in person. It was an honor to be able to dig into the numbers of the budget deficit and, you know, what Kevin thought about it and the why behind it. I always feel like there's so much more behind the words, the numbers. And so I, I really genuinely felt like Kevin was able to give as much insight as possible, right? 100 days on the job as a CEO of a massive organization is still in an, in its infancy, but in my opinion, Kevin has done an incredible job of, you know, working as quickly and diligently as possible.
