[upbeat music] Hello, and welcome to The Guardian Football Weekly. Scotland lose to Morocco in Boston. The Tartan Army have taken over the city, but Ismaïl Saïbari scored an absolute beauty to momentarily keep them quiet. The Scots rallied and pushed the Moroccans back. You felt like they'd get one chance, but it never quite came. They are still alive. A point against Brazil. Let's hope they don't adopt the Haitian high line. A good day for Mathias Künjer. Then on to Group D, another excellent performance from the USMNT, the first time they've won their opening two games at a World Cup in almost a century. They stormed out of the blocks, and Australia couldn't cope. The Aussies improved in the second half but barely created anything. There's the mystery England international we ended up playing football with on a random LA park, your questions, and that's today's Guardian Football Weekly. [upbeat music] On the panel today, with me in the studio, Barry Glendenning.

Lars Sivertsen· Panelist1:15
I started the howdy thing. Like, there's no... Like, if anyone else is picking that up, I'm actually in Dallas. I'm taking no... Anyway.

And I, I asked a Canadian what's a good greeting for a Canadian to say just for this show, and they said,
