Hi, everyone. Welcome back to Infamous. We wanted to bring you an update on a story that we covered a while back, which is the very tragic overdose and death of actor Matthew Perry. [pensive music] Perry was found dead in his hot tub in October 2023 after having been injected with large amounts of ketamine. And last week, his live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, was sentenced to nearly three and a half years in prison for helping obtain and administer the drug that ultimately killed Perry. According to prosecutors, Iwamasa repeatedly injected Matthew Perry with ketamine that he got by way of an intermediary from a woman named Jasveen Sangha, known as the Ketamine Queen.
