[laughs] [laughs] That's always the truth with him. Well, joining us here in the studio today, we have a very special guest. He is a professor at the School of Sustainable Engineering at Arizona State University. He is also the founder of Morozko Forge, and is an expert in the use of cold thermogenesis for building metabolic and physiological resilience. His latest book is titled Uncommon Cold. I'll hold it up here. Please welcome to the show our new friend, Dr. Thomas Seyfried.
