I don't think it's an easy job, because you constantly have to make decision under pressure, shaping stories, managing crews, hitting deadlines, and keeping everything moving when things don't go as planned. So what does the job really look like? How do you break in? And what skills matter the most? Today, we're going to talk about the job of the post-production producer, and with us is Robyn Feldman.

    I highly appreciate it. So let's dive right in, and let's find out what is your job exactly in TV, I know I see your name every now and then- [laughs] ... and how did you get there?

    Okay, well, let's talk about what I do. There are a lot of different types of producers in TV and film, some of which are exec producers because they have helped to finance the project. The producer is somebody who helps to bring a project to life, and in my case, I am what you call a post-production producer. I generally get a producer
