We discuss the Justice Department’s new indictment of former FBI Director James Comey, Trump’s efforts to unseat some Indiana Republican state lawmakers, and a renewed fight with ABC's Jimmy Kimmel.

It all revolves around an Instagram post he put up almost a year ago from a North Carolina beach where he was on vacation. It's a photo of seashells arranged in the numbers 8647, 86 being slang for get rid of, and 47 representing the 47th president, Donald Trump. Now, the Justice Department says that's a credible or true threat against the president of the United
