1/21/20261 hr 27 min
As Trump openly threatens Greenland and other European allies, Jon is joined by Adam Tooze, author of the Chartbook substack, and Ivan Krastev, Chairman of the Centre for Liberal Strategies in Sofia. Together, they examine what Trump’s Greenland ambitions reveal about his worldview, discuss the dismantling of the international order built after World War II, and assess Europe’s capacity to withstand this pressure. Plus, Jon tackles the questions “Are we f**ked?” and “How do anxious overthinkers get into comedy?” This episode is brought to you by: GROUND NEWS - Go to https://groundnews.com/stewart to see how any news story is being framed by news outlets around the world and across the political spectrum.
