It is a major investigation into a worldwide messaging app, and the tip came from a Canadian organization. But when the Canadian Centre for Child Protection found what it says is child sexual abuse material being shared on Telegram, they took that allegation to Britain's online safety watchdog, and that's because Canada doesn't have a regulator to look at how online platforms deal with this type of illegal content. Lloyd Richardson is director of technology for the Canadian Centre for Child Protection. He's in Winnipeg. Lloyd, good morning.
