Yeah. Look, I have been a fan of Gabby Bernstein for, for many years, and I suppose she's like a life coach.

But she has a real spiritual slant to it. Not religious, but a spiritual slant to her... I don't wanna say self-help, because that has a lot of negative connotations, but she's written so many books and a kind of believing in that the universe has your back, and meditation and affirmations and prayers to the universe and things
