Crowds, including masked men, burned vehicles and houses, hours after Elon Musk, Tommy Robinson and other agitators encouraged people to take to the streets. [gentle music] It was basically, you know, racist attacks, a form of ethnic cleansing whereby, you know, foreigners are being targeted on the basis of the, the color of their skin. [dramatic music] Hundreds of boys and men, dark clothing, wearing masks, and yet there's also strange almost elements of a festive atmosphere there which made it even more sinister. The
