I'm doing good, and, uh, it's, uh, it's kind of a new day here- [laughs] ... on the Business of Home podcast in a- Yes ... weird way. [laughs] If you've been, uh, following businessofhome.com, you've, you've probably seen the news that BOH, along with our sister publications, Dwell and Domino, great publications, uh, were acquired last week by a company called Ziff Davis. Uh, public service announcement, Ziff Davis is not a person. It's a- [laughs] ... it's an, it's a media company, and, uh, we're really excited to, to get started there. I've, I've been told there, there may be a podcast studio at Ziff Davis HQ. I kinda can't wait to check that out.

I, I'm hoping new digs are in our future, Fred, and, uh, I, I feel certain that they're going to take excellent care of what I assume they view as, uh, some of the stars of the, of this new acquisition. [laughs] Yes?
