[gentle music] This week on The Chef's Cut, we're asking the serious questions like, is the Michelin Guide devaluing its own brand? They're just sending plaques to everybody, every single restaurant. It used to be very definitive that if you saw that red plaque, you knew that they had one, two, or three stars. Is it okay to wear a baseball hat and hoodie to a steakhouse?

  2. Joe Flamm· Host0:25

It was just funny seeing, like, Ruth- I was like, Ruth Chris?

  3. Adrienne Cheatham· Host0:27

  9. Adrienne Cheatham· Host1:10

  10. Joe Flamm· Host1:11

  11. Adrienne Cheatham· Host1:12

    Oh, I did see that.

  12. Joe Flamm· Host1:14

Which, on the bingo card of weird stuff, was not on my- [laughs] ... was not on mine. Maybe it was on yours, that they were gonna battle it out over dress codes on the internet. But it was an interesting thing, 'cause Ruth Chris basically came out and said, "We're gonna institute a dress code." And their dress code was, like, basically they don't want people wearing hats in the dining
