And we are in the wake of the first Gulf War, the 1991 war that ousted Saddam Hussein from Kuwait, and Saddam Hussein has made a very fateful decision, I would also argue, a very surprising decision, that is going to set in motion an incredible misunderstanding between Saddam Hussein and the United States of America, and it is a decision that no one really knows about or understands at the time.
