As is traditional, he will pass it to the Duke of Buckingham, the Lord Royal Bucky Emeritus, of course, who will then himself, of course, pass the buck further onwards to a randomly selected civil servant. [laughing] And here comes the pass. [goat bleating] [glass shuttering] Oh. He's gone hard, the Prime Minister. He really put some welly into that. It's gone clean over the Duke of Buckingham's head and through the stained-glass windows here at the Abbey. [laughing] And next week, the official ceremonial carrying of the can.
