The Ice Bath Routine That Took My Testosterone Over 900 | Fuel Your Drive Podcast

5/26/20266 min

In this episode of Fuel Your Drive, I break down the exact ice bath routine that helped take my testosterone levels from under 300 to over 900 naturally. I’ve been doing cold plunges for years, but after changing when I used the ice bath and applying a new protocol before workouts, everything changed. We dive into the benefits of cold exposure, boosting testosterone naturally, increasing metabolism, improving recovery, reducing inflammation, and building mental toughness through daily discomfort. I also explain why suffering every morning can sharpen your mindset, improve discipline, and help you perform at a higher level in every area of life. If you’re looking to optimize your health, energy, recovery, and performance naturally, this episode is a must-watch.
