I'm sitting here in my office in Limerick City in the middle of a very glorious heatwave. An unnatural heatwave, unfortunately. Today is the hottest 26th of May on record, and yesterday was the hottest 25th of May on record. So I have to parse that dichotomy, but I'm trying to enjoy the fucking beauty. The leaves on the trees are all young. They're all a couple of weeks old. Things are as, as green as green can be. I went for a cycle yesterday down by the river. I nearly started crying. I nearly started crying with the-- just the majesty, the majesty of the evening. Swarms of mayflies glistening off of this slanty fucking pinky orange evening sun. Heat battering up off the tarmac, getting quenched by this, this cold river breeze that's carrying the smell of flowers that wanna fuck each other. So I'm in my office now looking out at it, but also wanting to be outside in it. So if the weather is nice where you are, I would ask
