Well, I think how you would know whether that's true for you or not is when everything quiets down, where does my mind go? At the end of the day, when things are still, do I have to create some type of stimulation in my brain so I'm not left with my thoughts? Do I have to watch TV? Do I have to scroll on my phone? Do I have to pick up something to distract myself?
