It’s a good old-fashioned catch-up with Jo and Zoe, covering everything from wild swimming, celebrity nuptials and the surprisingly thorny subject of wedding etiquette.

Coming up on Dig It The thought of going to a wedding on my own, and I find it really hard having those conversations at tables. It's one of my most feared things, I think, is going there and you see your name and then you don't know the people either side. Really, really gives me massive anxiety. [laughs] And if it, if it just said for you to go to Taylor Swift's wedding, would you go? You'd be fine with that? I've never met Taylor Swift- [laughs] ... so that's not gonna happen. But if I was accidentally invited, of course I would absolutely go. Isn't Ed O'Brien the nicest person you could ever hope to meet? Oh, he's lovely. I'd be on a desert island with Ed, I think. I'd, I'd, I'd... He- I think he'd be fascinating to chat to. Disco's gonna be like, "Hang on a minute, you wanna be on a desert island with Ed O'Brien? What happened to me?" [laughs] All of that right after this.
