And I have to say, he's one of my favorite people because he really tells it like it is. He really makes me laugh, which you'll hear in this episode, because he just doesn't sugarcoat anything, and he delivers his message with that, like, signature New York, no BS kind of delivery, which I appreciate so much in a space that's become so full of extremes, full of misinformation, full of quick fixes, saying whatever is trendy or sexy.
