Today, we talked about how do you respond to somebody who says, "Why'd you do it like that?" Beginning with why. "Why'd you do it this way? Why'd you do it like that?" What do you do when a daughter-in-law or somebody in your family, son-in-law, is trying to triangulate your child? How do you respond to that? How do you respond to a boss that's mean and micromanaging? And what do you do when somebody is trying to talk politics with you and you don't really agree with them?
