[upbeat music] Just in time for the unofficial start to summer this weekend, Dr. Beach has released his annual list of the best beaches in America. Each year, coastal scientist Stephen P. Leatherman, AKA Dr. Beach, publishes a top 10 list of beaches based on 50 criteria, including water and sand quality, wave size, cleanliness, and the shape of the beach.
