Uh, we, we actually had a, a mutual friend. Her cousin, uh, and I knew each other, and we essentially met through her on Facebook.

I had just moved to the Dallas area after finishing college, and she and I had been spending quite a bit of time together. And Brandon went to Texas Tech, the same college as my cousin. So then he starts seeing pictures and starts asking questions, and then he slid into my DMs, as they say. I don't think we said that back in '06. But we hit it off immediately. Our first date was, like, three days. We had plans for a Friday evening, and I stayed over. And then Saturday we had lunch, and I didn't come back to my own apartment until Sunday evening [laughs] to get ready to go to bed and go to work on Monday.
