'Cause you've already alluded to this, that buying a home and being a homeowner in this country was often considered part a- and even a necessity to be following the American dream.

Well, and that's what I, I worry is it's become such a, a, a part of our societal fabric that you have your parents and your grandparents telling you you gotta go buy a house, that you... It's not that cut and dry anymore.
