We're back with another episode of Scenes from the Coffee Break German Cafe, where we're experiencing slices of life in a little German town, in a little German cafe in this town.

  8. Thomas· Host0:50

In the center of the city park.

  9. Mark· Host0:52

Yes, absolutely. And in each episode, we see some regulars, we see some new people, and of course, we all learn some German. Now, of course, I should say I am the German learner here. Thomas is helping me and all of our listeners learn and improve our German. So today we are in chapter seven, but can we just talk a little about what happened with chapter six?

  10. Thomas· Host1:14

Yes, of course. It was, uh, Felix, die Aushilfe, so the person who regularly helps at the cafe if it's really busy, um, had a job interview. See what-- So he was at the cafe, but not to work, but because he chose it as his kinda safe space.
