Well, just go get a job at another airline. When an airline folds or you voluntarily leave an airline and goes, go to another airline- Yeah ... you're starting out at day one pay, you're starting back off on, on-call, on a reserve status, and that's something that a lot of people outside of the industry don't understand.

But it's like going from McDonald's to Burger King. They do the same thing, but how they do it is vastly different.
Donald Gionta· Guest0:58
Absolutely.
Rich· Host0:59
And you have to, like, relearn your whole job- Mm-hmm ... even though the basics of your job are all the same. People must have been calling you and texting you like crazy that day.
Donald Gionta· Guest1:07
Oh, they were sending notes via pigeon. Um- [laughs] As one does ... it was WhatsApp, it was Facebook, it's text, it's calls, it's, it's everything.
