The Pakistani capital is under a tight security lockdown today as a new attempt to end the war with Iran begins. A high-level American delegation was sent to Islamabad to join a second round of negotiations just as the Iranian foreign minister concludes his own brief visit to the city. While the two sides are not meeting face-to-face, Tehran has left its latest proposals with Pakistani mediators. Julia Chapman has more on the shuttle diplomacy trying to break the deadlock.
