Welcome back to another episode of The Swim Swam Breakdown. As always, I'm Coleman Hodges, coming to you from Brooklyn, New York, joined by Taren Frodema today from Youngstown, Ohio. I don't know about you, Taren. It is summer here in New York. It's- Yeah ... we're hitting the 80s. I'm in a tank top. I'm feeling good.

[laughs] I know. We, yesterday and today here in Youngstown it's been 85 and 86, and like, it's actually a beautiful day out. We, we get a lot of rain, a lot of lake effect, so I'm glad to finally be getting some summer weather. So it, I think we're gonna get down to like the 50s again tomorrow, but I'm trying to enjoy it while we have it.

Yeah, I think it's supposed to cool off here as well, so not loving that. But for the next few days, I think it's gonna be warm weather, sunny, and, uh, summer season means summer swimming, and we are kicking that off in Sacramento this weekend with the Pro Swim Series stop in Sacramento. I am guessing it's gonna be hot as heck there.
