Question time on the Sounding Board for Drink Wise. You won't miss a moment if you drink wise. There have been many questions about Karl Stefanovic. I'm gonna refer everyone back to the main body. We've, uh, never spoken at greater length about one particular topic than we did this week about Karl Stefanovic. And yes, there's a lot of questions about why didn't we do a specially convened podcast, and as we did say in the main body, we twice got in the diaries, but Tw- Hutchy's diary then clashed again, so we didn't do it. But we have thrashed it out at length, uh, to, in the main body this week. We'll start with Simon on email. "Do commentators need to better support the game that provides for them? It seems at times they comment on how they think the game should be played and umpired rather than understanding the rules and the modern style. Comments as such as, 'You can't play that,' appear regularly even though the umpires have interpreted the rule correctly. The negativity feeds into public sentiment about the current state of the game rather than correctly educating the supporters." I, I have a different view to that, Simon.
Craig Hutchison· Host1:08
What's your view?
Damian Barrett· Host1:09
I, I feel the game's in a, in a bit of a precarious state at the moment with how it is being policed, and I haven't noticed any unfairly or adversely negative commentary on the, on the main commentary platforms.
Craig Hutchison· Host1:20
I've never been a guy that gets caught up in the umpires and never will.
Damian Barrett· Host1:22
Yeah. Yeah, I'm a bit the same. And I don't think it's the job of the media to- Life's not fair.
Craig Hutchison· Host1:26
You just, whatever happens, happens.
Damian Barrett· Host1:27
Yeah. You call it as you see it, and that's the way I've seen it. Simon, Simon,
